Retrieve the Agent Logs

To access and retrieve the Agent logs, first, ensure you have shell access to the device running the Agent. If you need remote access, you can use the Agent Shell component, provided it is configured and enabled. Follow these instructions to activate the Shell component if needed.

The Agent process can run in different environments, such as a systemd service or a Docker container. Follow the appropriate steps below to retrieve and optionally save the logs based on the Agent’s environment.

Systemd Service

Docker Container

Please follow these steps to retrieve and optionally save logs if the Agent is running inside a Docker container.
