Image Widget

The Image Widget supports receiving raw image data in compressed format over a teleop stream.

In the Dashboard Image Widget configuration, use the Data Picker to select the appropriate 'data' property from image topic, for example '/rosbridge/camera/color/image_raw/compressed/data'

  • Note, you can manually set additional properties on the data URI to control how frequently data is sent, which can ease bandwidth usage from the robot when the dashboard is loaded by an operator. See the 'Streaming' section for more info.
